Company based inspections/Quality Assurance

Each company-developed quality assurance system must be upheld by company personnel and supported by establishment management. Production and quality assurance staff have the responsibility of ensuring this on a day-by-day basis so that the safety of meat can be assured. Company personnel are required to keep detailed and up to date records at critical stages of the production process. These enable auditing of the process to verify product integrity and food safety.
